Every Fourth of July for over 50 years, Kingsland - known for its hospitality, constant level lake, and beautiful vistas - has led the charge in the Texas Hill Country's celebration of American freedom with our Annual Kingsland AquaBoom Independence Day Community Celebration.
The only thing our community loves more than celebrating that American tradition is sharing it with others. We extend a warm Texas welcome as we pull out all the stops in honoring this great nation we live in, and the men, women and families who have who have graciously sacrificed to ensure we continue to have something to celebrate.

AT AQUABOOM, THERE IS SOMETHING FOR EVERONE!

Three parades, an arts and crafts show, a patriotic costume contest, a classic car show, live music and entertainment, charity dinners, a golf tournament, a pageant, a poker run, horseshoe and washer tournaments, street dances, a rubber ducky race.....and not to mention, FIREWORKS!

For generations, Kingsland, Texas has been lighting up the night sky in a community celebration of Independence Day and the great country we live in.

The multi-day celebration is free to attend, family-friendly, and the grand finale is a breathtaking fireworks show over the Llano River on the 4th of July.
​
The Fourth of July weekend draws the largest number of visitors to the area of any holiday. This not only provides a much needed economic influx to local businesses in our community, but also allows families enjoy an affordable, fun and safe opportunity to celebrate. To keep Kingsland and AquaBoom at the forefront and ensure its continued success, involvement from community members and local businesses is crucial.
